My name is Dora Davidova. I am the founder of Faarmtherapy, and a Registered Nutritional Therapist, Homeobotanical Therapist and Reiki Master practising within London & online.
I am passionately dedicated to promoting and improving female health. I believe that knowledge is power, and by sharing the latest research, practical tips, and expert guidance, women can make informed decisions about their health. Women face unique health challenges throughout their lives, be it menstrual health, pregnancy, menopause, or hormonal imbalances. By addressing these specific needs with tailored plans, we can achieve optimal physical, mental, and emotional health.
I have taken extensive training over 3 years at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, where I completed a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy.
I’m a registered member of the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT), the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and The Association of Naturopathic Practitioners (ANP). The CNHC is recognised by the NHS and Government, and is the regulator for Nutritional Therapists which is accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
My passion for nutrition came from a true love of food. I believe that food can change the way you feel, think and look, from the inside out. Nourishing food, which supports health and wellbeing can be delicious and it is the most sustainable approach in the long term. I aim to empower people to adopt a healthier way of eating and living well. Through our consultations I aim to change your mindset, create new habits, to build a healthier and much more connected relationship with food.
I follow the principles of Functional Medicine, that enables me to work with clients to address the underlying causes of health issues and promote optimal wellness. I recognise that each individual has unique requirements so I am committed to delivering personalised advice and guidance rather than a ‘one size fits all’ approach.
I’ve always been intrinsically drawn to the idea of energy healing. When I started to learn Reiki first it was a journey of self-empowerment, but after a period of time and practice I realized how much it benefited me and others and I became a Reiki Master Practitioner.
